Re: Billy Boat Exhaust

This is the best price I found. 720.97 shipped from hopupracing.com That is only 20 bucks more than Zommers reg price and it is SS all the way through.

wow, thats bad a$$! But not the norm, most vehicles with two tips next to one another are single exhaust. His is obviously complety custom and probably was very expensive.

Re: Billy Boat Exhaust

Hey Guys-

Apparently there are some fitment issues with the BB exhaust. It seems like a few members on the CT forum have had problems with the flanges not lining up which results in a leak. Has anyone else had this problem? I know quadcab and jungle jim had issues anyone else? Damn I may never get an exhaust...if it's not one thing it's another!

Re: Billy Boat Exhaust

i had flange issues and had to use some silicone. i was going to weld it but its still holding up plus my son is too lazy lol. the flanges that bolt to the stock cat pipes are good its the flanges actually linking the cat-back sys together thats poorly alligned.

Re: Billy Boat Exhaust

Qship-

So how long have you had your B&B exhaust? It sounds awesome on the sound clips you provided! Has it gotten any louder or developed any drone?

Does anyone have better pictures of this exhaust on their Titan other than what's on B&B's website?

Re: Billy Boat Exhaust

I have had my B&B since early 2005. It still sounds the best to me. I think someone posted pics on the C*** T**** forum.

Re: Billy Boat Exhaust

Thanks Q! I'm trying to decide between the Billy Boat and the Zoomers. I want an all SS system that has no drone, no fitment issues and comes from a reputable company. So any increase in performance?

Re: Billy Boat Exhaust

I think at this price point, the performance gains between the Zoomers, Bassani, Borla etc., will be pretty much the same. It comes down to what you prefer.

I have not had the truck dyno'd since I've added the exhaust. I have to remember to do that.
