Question Are these NISMO air filters decent?

I was about to order a K&N drop-in filter from Ebay, when I saw this NISMO product for only $3.99 + $10 shipping. $3.99?! Does anyone know about this thing? Is it a piece of crap? I was under the impression that NISMO stuff was semi high-end? My question is - should I go with the K&N or try this NISMO filter?
Thanks!

sounds to me like a scam, I don't recall seeing those ?? ( the NISMO ones ) for that price I would be sceptical.

I'm thinkin' your right. It doesn't even look like the NISMO intakes that I've seen. For starters, it's blue. Plus, it says that its a "universal" fit for ALL Nissans. Something tells me that it wouldn't be a wise choice to put the same filter on my 5.6 liter Titan as someone might have on their stanza.

Re: Are these NISMO air filters decent?

Thanks - I didn't. I went ahead and bought the K&N drop-in. I'll prob get a real NISMO intake later on, but the K&N will do for now.
