Allrighty.. so everything worked well on the install until I noticed I had to remove the front tire and pull the fender lining down to secure the heat shield. Anyways, I just ended up bolting down the heat shield with the top bolts and got everything really tight, it has a little bit of give, but nothing much. Does anyone highly recommend tightening the heat shield to the fender or?? Also took it for a run.. Runs great, so much more pick-up and it sounds so much better. After driving around for about 30 minutes, the Service Engine Soon light comes on, any ideas? Any suggestions, did I do something wrong perhaps.

Help is appreciated, thanks guys
I pulled the fender, not very hard but not necessary. As for as the SEL try a ecu reset, you can do a search and find it if you don't know how.
I remember some one saying the O2 sensor was directional. If the reset does not work, you may try turning the O2 sensor around.

LoL.. one of my couplers was angled wrong and the intake tube was disconnected from the throttle body, so I reinstalled tightened everything down and did the ECU reset, no sel lights yet.. My mid-top feels very strong, bottom end seems to have lost a little bit of its power, is that normal for this intake?
