rear pinion gears.
i have bought a used 04 titan with 31 thousand miles on it my rear pinion is bad its missing teeth on it and i am waiting for it to be fixed under warrinty. I am running 20 inch bead locks with 37 inch tires, and the first owner did not do anything with the rear end. what should i do to beef up the diff. so i am not eating up pinion gear

i am running 18 B/L with 37'' toyo 4x2 just don't hammer it gears are coming just hang in there.

trutrac of course will not fix or correct the prob w/ur chewed pinion.unless broken spiders caused the pinion damage...37's can create a whole lotta probs/strain with the amount of Tq we have..wonder if u have big tow...let nissan make it right again w/the warranty....if u need more traction go with the trutrac which will void ur rear diff warranty..

You know whats funny, Strange is now producing a Dana 60 (S60) rear for LS1 F-bodies...the Titans get no love...

Just cos they 'don't make a 60' for a Titan don't mean you can't put one in. The Ranger in my sig has a full-floater 60.
