Those look like you'll get what you pay for. Probably not stainless and won't last long. The jba headers are very popular and the cheapest ss headers that bolt up to the titan factory exhaust components and the quality of them are wishy washy anyway

Re: cheap header option...

Agreed- cheap headers are not the way to go. Also, all the hype about increased flow doesn't really apply unless you have the ECM reflashed to take advantage of it. I like the coated JBA long tube headers and Cajun cats on my rig.

These are stainless and at least one guy bought them from the review...

Not saying anything about JBA not being the way to go, just was surprised about these when I was on Amazon looking at the JBAs...

Nice to have cheap options, and in 304 too!

Cheap is well....cheap. Do the job right the first time, rather than paying (or spend another weekend doing a very unpleasant task) to have it done twice.

Those might be some variant of stainless, but that's not what you posted originally...again, if you are really into a budget build, they might work, and they might surprise everybody and work very well...however, the majority that do a header install go the jba, doug thorley, nismo, pacesetter route...a testament to name branded companies. Good luck with your header install and let us all know how the fitment, quality, performance and sound goes so we can all change to these if ours fail

Re: cheap header option...

I wouldn't do it. JBA's are proven. One review can be made up. It's not an easy install. Just my opinion.

Re: cheap header option...

u don't want to have to do that job twice, its a pain and I hope I only do it one more time myself, jba is the way to go for the price, quality is there and they have proven to be a good replacement time and time again

Re: cheap header option...

Isn't the guy on this forum that bought those an installed them? There is a thread somewhere.
I like my JBA 304 I had coated inside an out, but I wasn't impressed with how the one header was put together.
It's been a struggle to keep the one side at the collector/bpipe connection from leaking. They had to grind a fair bit off the engine mount also, but in all are a nice header.
Far from the quality I bought off jba back in the earlier 2000'S

Performance mods:
UPREV tuned by RB's Titan, MXP CAI, JBA 304SS headers ceramic coated jet black 2000 degree coating, 2.5 Resonated Cajun B-Pipes an catback with Borla 18" XR1

Suspension mods:
6inch stage 2 procomp, 1.5" spacer on extended travel bracket lifted Radflo Coilovers with PRG top hat, PRG UCA's, PRG Off-road trac bars, Deaver C-30's with 3" block an PRG adjustable shackles with bilsteins in the rear.
315-60R20 Toyo mud terrains with 20x10 -18 matte black fuel Vapors

Future Mods:
Level 10 trans when warranty runs out
Remote res rear shocks
Install my grizzly locker

Re: cheap header option...

You get what you pay for!...And besides being a tough job you also run the risk of breaking a stud on the second go-around, which can turn into a nightmare. Do it once with some better parts and you'll be glad you did.
