Magna Flow catback with which Intake???

So far I'm impressed with the Magnaflow catback I have. But I'm debating on what intake I should get. Any suggestions? Was leaning towards a Injen but the AEM and the simple K&N are starting to sound more appealing. The Volant seems to be more complicating and has vibration issues, something I don't want to deal with.

which ever system you use stick with a dry filter system. stay away from oil filters. MAF DAMAGE COULD OCCUR

Whichever one you choose post some PICs. We would love to see it installed and maybe a sound clip or two....

Re: Magna Flow catback with which Intake???

I'm a big fan of my AFE Stage II. It's not a dryflow filter (wish it was), but other than that it's pretty impressive. You can search back for some of RockyMountainTitan's threads on it, he did quite a bit of analysis.

Re: Magna Flow catback with which Intake???

I too am in the market for an intake to go with my JUST installed yesterday Magnaflow Cat-Back system. I am leaning towards the dry AEM Brute force intake from feedback seen on this board. That Magnaflow Cat-Back system is top notch stuff...I really liked the quality out of the box .

Re: Magna Flow catback with which Intake???

Has anyone tried to put a dryflow filter with any other CAI? I mean AEM makes other size filter for other cars/trucks, they should have one that would fit another CAI's measurements wouldn't they????

Re: Magna Flow catback with which Intake???

I run the magnaflow duel with the injen intake. Love the sound from both. The injen especially with that nice sucking sound. They only one other sucking sound that sounds that good, but thats for another thread!
