Take a look at the VanAAken box. It did a good job with my Cummins. Is this the Cat diesel or the Ford diesel?

I'm a member of both this board and that one. My "other truck" is, in fact, a 7.3L F-250. It has over 450,000 miles on it. It is not chipped, so I cannot give a personal recommendation.
I can say that the 7.3 is much heavier constructed than the new 6.0 and will take a lot more turbo boost without damaging internals, and seems to have a much longer life expectancy. The 6.0's have had problems and are due to be phased out in favor of a larger 6.6.
The 7.3's could not meet the newer emission standards. A shame, because that is one very, very fine diesel engine.

Hey Guys,
I have a 2002 Excursion with a 7.3 Powerstroke. I put in the EDGE products Juice module with the Attitude monitor and let me say what a difference! The Excursion weighs in around 10,000lbs. and before my chip I couldn't even get a chirp from the rear wheels. The Juice module in conjunction with the Attitude monitors gives you 5 different power settings adjustable on the fly. On setting number 5 (race mode) I will absolutely destroy a set of rear tires. Something to see a huge battle wagon like that smoking both rears!!! I also have an MBRP turbo back full 4" S.S. exhaust, an AFE intake, and a Banks Big Head wastegate actuator. My city MPG went from 14.5 to 17! I have a 44 gallon tank and am getting 750 miles out of it now. I am running 20mpg on the freeway. I drove from Phoenix AZ to Nashville TN this past summer and only filled her up twice. Never dropped below 75 on the freeway. You can also adjust the amount of low boost fueling (more or less smoke coming out on take off) but with it set at max you get a noticable response taking off from a stop. You can also set it to defuel on WOT shifts to keep from destroying your tranny if you don't have a shift kit. It also lets you set max EGT and max boost pressures. I researched every product out there for over a year before I went with Edge and I thought it was the best bang for the buck. Comes with a 2 year standard warranty. As long as you run aftermarket intake and exhaust I think the Edge beats everybody in what you get for the price. There is a lot of stuff out there so do your research.
