Well looks like Nissan did'nt lie about the 305HP rating...Buzz got the one that skipped the detune inspector...LOL

Too many mods to list PM me I'll tell ya.
Buzz was stoked about his numbers all day long. I shouldn't had mine dynoed too. Man a missed opportunity it was. Anyway next time I'll have it done. It was a great meet and we should do it more often....

Actually - Nissan is lying about their HP numbers... Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but what all manufactures post is bhp measured at the flywheel, not the rear tires. You can figure on losing 20-25% through the drivetrain, so if Buzz got 305, and that's after losing 20%, then his engine is really making about ~380 at the flywheel.
Nissan claims 305 hp @ 4,900 rpm. Looking at Will's chart - it's in the 4800-5000 rpm range that is the sweet spot.
My truck, with the only engine mod being an AirHog in the stock airbox, pushed 293 on the first run. Considering driveline loss, then that means my monster should be pushing over 360 at the flywheel. And here all along I always thought my truck was a dog...
I'm sure there are other considerations - measuring rear wheel hp probably can't be equated to an actual bhp dyno accurately, but it's safe to say that Nissan is way under-rating these motors.

my guess is uncorrected, thats a mobile dyno right? great numbers but i watched stillen's own s/c truck pull 411-415. 425 sounds high too! i'm just comparing the dyno #s i've seen around seems like everyone had good runs that day? did you frame the print out yet. lol its nice to see those #s

always a dissbeliever...i told everyone this would happen! the numbers are corrected! my first pull on the dyno was within 6 rwhp of my first dyno done after the supercharger install in a different state! how much closer can you get???? after the fram boost i gained 20rwhp.......i guess the dyno is no good? maybe i can try 10 more and you can pick which numbers you like???/

Being that this was my first dyno, I was skeptic too, but talking to others that have dyno'd before, who dyno'd that day, they numbers are right in line with previous dyno's.
Not to bring vyrus into this, but he dyno'd the next day on the same machine in MD, and his nubmers were 294/354. And that's about where he should be with his mods. His track time with those mods is 14.91.

Well I'm amazed with the Fram and S/C combo GT. Nice to know.

...if they dealer is willig to do it.
Mine wouldn't, so you may have to ask around. Found a fellow Titan owner in your area who's had it done, and go that route.

Actually it was a 14.99 but I think he gets the point.
Using Virtual Engine Calculator, a 5000lb vehicle that makes 345chp should run a 14.93. I think it's safe to say that my Titan weighs a little more and is a tad slower, but nonetheless the hp is right up there.
