I was looking last week at Edge products http://edgeproducts.com/ and sent an email to them about if they're going to start developing a tuner for the titan. The respose I got was possibly next year. Anyone one heard of them?? Also what do you guys think of the UPRev Chipher software? and what can you exactly modify with that software?? I'l looking to solve my problem with the powerband kicking in at around 3K or 3.5K. Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

I dont have the Uprev Cipher software yet, but I can tell you it is starting to get exciting from what I've read. Right now the main thing about that software that interest me (and i'm not making light of its other current capabilities when I say this) is the ability to advance your timing.
There is a software update coming soon that is supposed to add some more goodies. Hopefully, they will be able to tap into some of the Consult II tweaks soon. One thing that I am hoping for in particular (but I have no idea when they'll be able to do it) is the ability to adjust the Titans preset a/f ratio's. Its just a matter of time before they figure it all out.

I have heard good things of them. The f150 one has a piece to integrate it into the dash and has 6 different settings.

I wonder if you could still run E85 with the timing advanced without having it start to ping?
E85 has 100-105 octane so no you will not have to worry too much about pinging at all with E85. Also because it essentially cools the entire system you really run into other bennies. It's just that E85 holds less energy than the same volume of pump gas so it causes your system to jackup the fuel inector duty cycle to compensate. This is why you use more E85 per mile than you do with pump gas.
The guys over at Turbomustangs.com ran a test on the following car with just E85 and made 1066RWHP. Fule injectors were at 75% cycle duty.

1995 Mustang GT street car, 331 cubic inch, custom twin turbo system with twin T70 p-trims w/ .58 AR, T56 tranny, solid roller: 242/236, .600 lift, AEM Engine Management System.
Fuel System: 3, 255lph Walbro in line fuel pumps, 160# injectors. We were tuning with an AEM wideband system using a standard gasoline AFR. We weren't using lamda or other multipliers, just gasoline AFR.
No alky, no nitrous, no ice on the intake, etc.

I run EDGE products on my 02' diesel Excursion. Their stuff is great. It turned my brick into a flying one. If they make something for the Titan I will definately buy it.
We should get an email campaign going like we did with Hypertech. Enough emails sent to them they might know there's interest or they might get sick of receiving emails and just make one.
