A/F Ratio tweaking on Consult II

Have not bneen able to find the previous threads. I have a dealer who will do it today but I need to know what ratio people have been putting in for a motor with an intake and exhaust. anyone?

I always thought it was 106, is there a preset at 104 ??

The A/F ratios are set based upon where the truck will be delivered. That is to say, a truck gong to Denver (high altitude) will have a different setting than one going to a lower altitude.
