Timing Mod at Altitude

Anyone out there know if the 2 degree timing mod is good for us folks at higher elevation. I live in Albuquerque where base elevation is 5700 and increases as you go up the mountain. Also, the highest octane level here is 91. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Timing Mod at Altitude

The 2 degree timing advance will work at any altitude. Also, many of us are using 87 octane gas with no adverse effects (detonation or pinging) with the timing advance.
