Stillen/ Powerflow long tube headers

I got the magnaflow dual exhaust system istalled and just installed the new fram boost air intake two days ago. I am satisfied with both of these modifications and am now looking for headers(long tubes). I know these are for off-road use only and have a few simple questions. 1) Is their a guranteed way to pass the smog test with either of these headers. 2) Which of these headers experiences blow outs(pops) and what is the best way to rid of this. 3) What are some general comments on these two brands and who is really happy with what set up they have. I know i have a lot here but i want to find the right set up before a blow around 1300 dollars for headers, install, and maybe a high flow catalytic converter. These are the main questions that ive come up with after reading the many other forums and comments on the sellers websites. Thanks for your help.
