About to start confusing myself about uprev and 2* advance.little help?

Ok. Ive heard that if you have the 2* advance you should run 93 octane fuel? correct? tell me if im wrong plz.just something I heard
Well on my tuned map with osiris i have it tuned for 91 oct fuel but theres only 87, 89 and 93 around here so I just use 93, is this ok? would it harm anything?
Another is on my stock map its tuned for low octane fuel. Being I have the 2* advance do I have to use the 93 or could I use the low oct fuel?
Help me with my cornfusion lol, its driving me crazy

Your not really required or need to run high octane with the 2 degree advance....

But my question is....if you have 93 octane...get UpRev to send you a 93 octane tune...it has more timing and it's faster!!!!! I've tried 91 and 93....93 would whip my 91 tune.

But other then that...it won't hurt a thing to run higher octane then you need.

99% of Octane boosters out there don't do anything.

Nope. I've run regular unleaded on mine from the get-go. No worries. I only run 93 when I'm towing.
