Thumbs up New Volant CAI Installed

Just had the Volant CAI Kit installed on my '04 CC. Sounds real mean when you punch it and sucks in air like crazy in the higher RPM's. Resonance in the cab around 3000 RPM can be annoying, but it looks and sounds terrific.

Re: New Volant CAI Installed

Cool... I'll be checking one out soon. I just ordered one from hopupracing for $255. Going to compare it to the Injen.

Its the one to have! The drone from 2800 to 3000 can get annoying, but Im with you, it is worth the drone. Thats for sure!

Re: New Volant CAI Installed

I ordered my volant from performancecentercom. on 9/22/06 and still haven't gotten it. They keep tellin me it's on the way. So I wouldn't reccomend this company. Anyway, I've heard some people say the volant has some fit up issues. Any of you guys have any problems with installation?
