Well the trutrack has been installed for 3 days now. Im very happy with it. Ive already had it back where I take my quad out, and in the soft sand it handles so much better than the stock differential. Ive also noticed a huge difference going around corners where one tire will want to spin, it just goes right around the corner like its on rails.... Love it!

Dunno about a backyard mechanic. I want to make sure it goes in correct and everything is setup right as far as backlash/play and that everything just lines up right. How many miles have you got on the trutrack? Any problems? Can you tell a difference in towing or on mudded fire roads?

Dude you will luv the trutrac.....for towing I have recently enjoyed pulling my boat up boat launchs..especially slick ones...This dude with a f250 powerstroke could not get his boat up the same lauch I did....He was spinin like crazy (open diff)...smoke and all. I hardly broke. Our bay boats were pretty much the same size. I can't jon him mine would have done the same b4 the trutrac with a launch that slick. I am not big into mud but I like to cut up in the streets and can gaurantee ya both tires pull now, leaving 2 marks and she squats....before I could spin the passenger side rear till she shifted into 2nd gear...hope this helps

Get rid of the 1wd wonder in an open diff u can't go wrong....

alright! gonna get back on track with this Trutrac dillio! anyone know a good place in San Diego county? i've got a few i've been told of but i'd love if someone knew of "THE" place to go here! can't wait to get the d@mn thing so i can tear up the desert!!!
