Nismo Voltage Stabilizer...

??? any ideas or does anyone have this... is this something like the grounding kit?

Judging by the description, it's just a capacitor. Given it's size (no farad specs given) I'd say it's pretty small and wouldn't do much for you.

I just hook this thing up to my battery and I get better performace, MPG, etc... I detect the faint smell of bull****...
