For those with Deaver minipack
My interest is for street applications only as I don't off road. I need some help with roads of marginal quality, bumps and potholes. I want to improve the characteristic of the rear which feels disconnected and seems to have excessive rebound.
How would you decribe how the Deaver minipack improved your ride?
Would you say that the rear suspension is more compliant?
Has it reduced some of the rebound noise in the rear (the bumpada bumpada sound)?
Is the rear more firm and does that transfer those vibrations to the cab to feel more like the ride of a heavy duty truck?
Has it reduced the metalic spring slap sound when hitting potholes?
How well does the truck do in corners with the new spring? Specifically, is there more of a tendancy for the rear to skip outward on corners with road bumps?
I would really appreciate your input.
