If thes damn cams comeout from jim wolfe i can guarntee the powerflows will allow for more improvement in the hp department, the larger primarys should easily be able to hold over 450+hp while the stillens with the smaller primaries will almost certainly be at thier peak with thier supercharger. But that's what thier tuning thier system for so of course it will work better with thier stuff, but I'm looking at the big picture.. I want many many mods on my motor, i'm not just going to be happy with cams and supercharger, eventually if some good internals come out would love to bore it out and upgrade everything to forged

i have history with stillen that you have no idea of.....i speak nothing but the truth when i say customer service means EVERYTHING. when a company like stillen makes sure thier customers are happy that means something to me....also stillen doesnt offer remaps for the powerflows(and why should they) yes im a believer in stillen but that comes with expierence...also if you noticed i said on a n/a titan use stillen...you yourself toomany said you lost backpressure with the powerflows.....i have an opinion as do you and im certainly not calling you out everytime we disagree.......lets look at the pros and cons of each header and what the owner plans to do currently with thier titan when making an educated opinion...not say well if this or that happens in the future then this is best

Re: Who sell's a good set of Long Tube headers?

Not to take anything away from Stillen or any other quality manufacturers, but there's currently a guy in the Fort Worth area looking to dump his JBA's. From what research I did last year, they are a good quality set.

But why is it NEVER mentioned in your website about what type of SS the Stillen headers are made from? It would make good business sense to advertise the better quality material (T-304) if used in your product VS the lesser quality 409. Just curious.

Re: Who sell's a good set of Long Tube headers?

1 5/8'' primaries are the only way to go on a back pressure hungry naturally aspirated Titan....Just like a single 3'' is better than 2.5'' duals in our ride for overall power, TQ gets these big beasts moving....Too much back pressure is BAD and too little is BAD....There is a sweet spot for every motor!

Re: Who sell's a good set of Long Tube headers?

I'd like to see a set of stepped headers as mentioned by Tuf....Other than that I'd likely buy Stillens and coat them.

Re: Who sell's a good set of Long Tube headers?

I think the powerflows have 1 3/4 primary runners that end up into a 3" firecone collector at the flange..

Re: Who sell's a good set of Long Tube headers?

I would like to see a step header with these measurements 1 5/8 to1 3/4 and see if we get the best of both worlds. You know the sweet spot.

our website is getting worked on every single day. soon we will have a site similar to the one we have now, but much easier to use and much much more informative. For awhile we were doing a really good job at developing new parts but kind of lacking on informing our customers about our parts. Now we are working on both.

Re: Who sell's a good set of Long Tube headers?

Yo Toomany, so your headers were running fine A/F ratio wise with the midpipes? I can do without the hi flow cats.

Re: Who sell's a good set of Long Tube headers?

50 Rwp sounds like alot from just cams. Is that the expected gain with cams and powerflows?
