Void Warranty??
I was curious if any of the upgrades in my sig or the following upgrades would affect my waranty.
Throttle Body Spacer 2" leveling drop in the back Grill Kit (4pc) Installing a system (wiring in RC jacks to stock HU and adding subs in the back with an amp) Thanks for you guys help!

They can only affect your warranty if they are the cause of the problem, and Nissan/dealership would have to prove that one of your mods caused the problem. For instance, if your headlights short circuit they might try to say that your HID ballast caused it and then would have to prove it.
