Custom Hi-Flow Cat MidPipes w/Stillen Headers and JBA Exhaust

Ok guys I decided to take off my secondary O2 simulators for my Stillen long tubes and make my truck legal again by fabbin up some custom hi-flow cat midpipes to go between my JBA catback....They are "Pypes" 2.5'' 330cfm Hi-Flow cats, they also helped tame the exhaust note....I think I may be on to a winning combo cause she has barked the tires twice so far when hitting that 4,000rpm power band while in a good roll....all courtesy of the long tubes I’m sure....Keep in mind I have a Trutrac. She is certainly stronger since getting rid of my true 2.5’’ duals with no cats. Only my future dyno will tell 4 sure.....I was thinkin of putting in some dual wideband o2 gauges so I welded in some extra bungs closer to the header collector to monitor air/fuel ratio in the near future if I need to. . The Hi-Flow cats are workin out great according to my Nology OBD2 tool secondary sensor readings are all lookin good and throwing no codes....anyway here is a pic for yall 2 check out...Dyno coming soon I promise!

FYI... 30 degree mandrel bends on the driver side and 15 degree bends on the passenger side...nice fit!

Looking nice mark! did what size piping are you using 2.25 or 2.5? this is probably the best way to go till some cams come out later this year..

Thanks dude...2.5'' front flanges and cats....i used 2.5'' to 2.25'' reducer w/2.25'' flanges at the exit side to match the JBA catback ....

What sucks is my truck was running fine A/F wise till I added my hi-flow cats and now it's rich according to Cypher datalogging done by RB this sunday at HRP.. Kinda hate to let my truck keep running rich but I doubt I'll be able to find anyone to make me new b-pipes without the cats inside.. So I'm stuck with runing rich till either I can find someone who can tune my ecu or maybe find me a dealership that can tune the ecu thru the Consult II

I hear ya Toomny......I goin to the dyno to do air/fuel readings also then i'm sending off to techno square for a full tune followed by an after dyno. I guess I gotta be the guinea pig from way down south... I'm tired of waiting on these California chickens to have it done locally. We will see what this techno tune is all about!

I'm gonna have to go join you and RB one day out in Houston ....only a 3 hour haul 4 me!

HEHE yea speaking of technosquare I talked to the guy today, and the lead engineer will be back in L.A. tommrow from his japan trip.. god I only hope he has more knowledge bout decoding 05 ecu's i'm sick of waiting mines a 4X and he can't decode those yet.. might want to pull ur ecu out and look at the sticker on it to make sure he can tune it before shipping it..

Yea i just moved back to Tx. from N.C. I currently am living in arlington but most of my family is in the houston area, so we can go to the track, that'd be cool maybe we can arrange for 5-6 titans there to show up.. hard part is finding people who are intrested in racing.. it's pretty damn addicting i know that

I hear ya.....I have an 04' 2wd....If I am not mistaken they can crack all 04's!

the racing thing at hrp sounds good, i would be interested in going and meeting some of you guys and running my truck. i live about 60 miles away so it would be easy. i will watch for a date
