Help! Shailey, RB and fellow tuners....Primary O2 voltage question!

Fellas...I'm goin crazy here and need some help. My main O2 Banks are getting different voltage readings, but my fuel trim for both banks look same. Bank 1 Primary O2 shows an average of only half the voltage reading as bank 2...the kicker is that they both increment at the same time/rate just at diff levels leaving me to believe they are working some what. What determines you air/fuel ratio, Fuel trim or primary O2 voltage readings? I am just trying to make sure I don't have an O2 sensor problem before getting a tune or my ECU adjusted for my mods. I don't want one bank to be running richer or leaner than the other before tuning. Does yall bank 1 and bank 2 primary O2's differ or does yall primary o2 voltage readings run neck and neck unlike mine? RB you might be able to tell with Cipher. Should I even be worried?

Thanks a million!

It's OK on a scantool O2 b1s1 will read .300 and O2 b2s1 will read .600

You are reading the info from the ecu NOT form the wideband o2 sensor (0-5v)

Awesome Thrust..Thanks, so your primary o2's behave the same way? Guess I was nervous after all the exhaust work I had done!

How the hell do we convert that into an air/fuel ratio?

You could buy Cipher now or a A/F gauge and O2 sensor to place into those pretty bungs you welded in ....LOL

Your idle looks a bit low I'm running mine around 725...are you in park or in D and brake applied?

Re: Help! Shailey, RB and fellow tuners....Primary O2 voltage question!

Mine is at 650, I believe that is factory setting. At idle, in Park, read on my Cipher. I've read some lose idle after exhaust work. Look forward to learning more "normal readings" to compare to. Just ran 6 sensors on screen last night for first time. Using Ram-mount to holdLaptop. Making for a more interesting hobby.

LOL....yea I should just by Cipher vs a wideband A/F gauge..When I go to the dyno I would prefer them to measure air/fuel readings upstream of the cats...kinda my reason for the bungs if I ever needed them.I was in PARK while collecting data....not sure if I was on the gas slightly or if she was at idle.

***RB what do you think about my primary o2 voltage readings, do they look OK to you?
