Help with Headlight Re-wiring

Hi I want to re-wire my headlights so I can turn the high beams on without shutting off my foglights. I was thinking some kind of relay would work but I'm not sure where to start.

Secondly, it would also be nice to be able to turn my foglights on without turning my headlights on. Any help here would also be appreciated.

just,

there are others on this board that have done the "foglights on with parking lights" mod where they basically have the parking light trigger a relay to turn on the foglights. that can be found here.

this will allow you to keep the foglights on while you use the highbeam. unfortunately, use of the stock foglight switch becomes disabled.

thanks for the link, but the whole reason I'm doing this is because I have HID's and I don't want the foglights on the whole time, but when I go offroad I want all 3 sets of lights on...

I don't care as much about not being able to turn the foglights on with the running lights (although it would be DAMN nice) (& every other truck can do this but the titan

)

So ALWAYS having the fogs on is not an option but I really just need to find a way to keep them on with teh highbeams...

This thread allows you to use the fogs with parking. Should also let you use with high beams. It's a different one than above.

Foglights on with parking lights
