Performance Chip

What will a chip do for my 06 4x4 Titan? How much do they run and where can I find them?

Thanks

Re: Performance Chip

What do you think a chip will do for our truck hp wise? What kind of numbers are they normally good for with fords and chebbys?

Re: Performance Chip

its really too bad no one has come out with a chip for this truck yet. i think the endurance V8 is a pretty good engine stock and a chip would really help bring the 5.6 to life. seems like everything is made with the big three in mind and can care less about the imports. you would think after three years that somebody would have a chip ready for the market by now. first company to do it will make some big bucks.

Re: Performance Chip

i called the superchip guys once and they pretty much told me to dont hold my breath. they are very much pro big three and i guess they dont think they would make enough money. i dont know if the technology is that much harder to come up with something and would take too much time or what. i personally feel they just dont want the imports in the chips game right now. i think they fear what a chip would do to the big three. someone out there needs to come up with a company thats truly pro imports, not just nissan but designing after markets performance parts for all import cars and trucks. we need to make the playing field a little more level.

Re: Performance Chip

yes i've heard of them,i got my headers from them, however, they dont have a chip either. i like the guys over there and i have talked to them also. i'm sure they are working on something but even they dont have a chip on the market yet. if anyone do come out with one,i think it will be stillen but i guess my point is no one have one on the market yet in all this time since the titan been on the market.

Re: Performance Chip

I'm about to consider that uni-crap for my truck but just hearing all the bull flying at it.....I was like...nevermind. But I'm willing to wait for Stillens piggy back and a pay a price for a well tuned product.
