How to remove ECU?

Ok i have searched the forums and there is no instructions on how to remove the ECU to send it to UpRev.

Somebody pass me a cheeeeeze burger!!!

Check with RBsTitan or QShip, they both have remove their ECU. You can always buy an extra ECU but don't think it's cheap.

A spare one will cost @ $500.

It's not hard to get to. It's on the passenger side of the firewall.

Remove battery and battery holder. The fuse block just pops out with two clicks on levers, Then unbolt next box to gain access (1 inch) in order to get to the lower 10mm bolt. I can get mine in and out in less than 15minutes but the first go aroiund takes 45minutes.

Be careful to not break your clamps on the ECU. IF your not sure what/where it is look in my pictures gallery.

Spare ECU used are running $300+ at junk yards last time I checked a year ago. Get your year ECU.
