Porting and Polishing Titan Heads?

Would this be a good mod and what would it take for the computer to adapt?

Re: Porting and Polishing Titan Heads?

Go for it. If it needs tuning there's a way to get that done. I bet theres 30HP in that mod. A 90mm Throttle Body has adapted well to stock ECU.

Re: Porting and Polishing Titan Heads?

P&P'ing is a $hitload of work. If you mess it up, you can destroy the head. Without a flowbench, your kinda shooting in the dark. I would not touch my heads, ha ha sorry. I would remove them and send them to someone who knows what they are doing. Also, if your going to have the heads off, you might as well put in cams and upgrade the valvetrain. It all works together.

Re: Porting and Polishing Titan Heads?

Work on the heads after you finish the basic bolt-ons. Intake, headers, exhaust, and of course, get the intake manifold I am working on and the big throttle body RB is working on... After that, remove the heads for porting and replace the cams while your in there.

Nope, way too much scratch around these parts.

I was lettin on to those who know me what my next project is...

How do you like the JBA setup? I'm looking at the JBA shorties and trying to figure out what else I would need to get dual rear tips? Does the factory Y pipe work with the shorties?
I know the duals are not ideal as far as performance goes but the look is better IMO.
