hahah! my fault was in a hurry last time i posted.
What I'm tryin to do is decide on what to paint it or how to paint it. Will airbrushing melt and be a waste or will it stay? Also, do i have to buy High Temp degree paint? Do i do a primer?

Don't worry about heat, I don't think you need high temp paint. Good clear coat should be good. There's allot of airbrushed cover around here.

i used Krylon Fusion spray paint, and clear coat. No sanding or priming. You should search for threads titles "engine cover" or "engine covers" thats where i got all my info on how to do mine. And i just masked off the emblems.... i know the 8 & 6 look a little funky but i'm not too skilled as a painter.
