Timing Advances and Air/Fuel Changes in OH

I will have Cipher beginning the weekend of June 29. I can perform timing advances and air/fuel changes (FFV only) for $25 each. I am in central OH. Thanks.

just had mine done at buckeye nissa like 2weeks ago damn wish i would have seen this earlier so what does the air fule thing do? will i aslo lose mpg with that.
