Re: Newly tuned Titan from uprev /w dyno pics

that's what im trying to say below 20mph it stomps the vkpro.. and after that it is comparable.. while still maintaining a 12.5 to 12.8 a/f

I'd still like to see another stillen rig on a dyno besides the stillen dyno, we need to find out if they are tuning every truck to run extremly lean

Re: Newly tuned Titan from uprev /w dyno pics

Do you guys worry about the extra power down low in relation to the life expectancy of tranny and rear-end?

The tranny's are known for being fairly bulletproof in the titan...the rear ends on the other hand...

I'm a little worried that this would be playing with fire? I'm also excited to add a little more umph...especially down low where I feel the Banks caused me to lose a little.

with detroit tru trac in rear, my rear end is near bulletproof, the transmission isnt going to be hurt by a NA motor, lol this trans is more durable than most think, and adding 50-60hp from stock isnt asking too much of it.. probems arise when boosted all the time it takes it's toll on a stock tranny

Re: Newly tuned Titan from uprev /w dyno pics

Yeah, I have much faith in Titan Tranny....

Perhaps I should be looking at a Tru-Trac as my next upgrade.

I think that would do much to restore faith in my trucks durability.
