Cherry Bomb Extreme Exhaust

well i just ordered a cherry bomb extreme off of performancepeddler.com....$51.35 with free 1-2 day ups shipping...will let you know if they are good to deal with incase anyone wants to order anything through them, they have a 'we will not be beat' price policy, at least they did on the exhaust, didn't look at any other items on their site though....

will also post an update when the exhaust is installed on sound, fitment, etc.

just heard this exhaust in person yesterday and LOVED it, so i'm excited to put it on my truck, and for only $50, how can i really go wrong?? i was gonna spend $500+ on a banks, so now maybe i can use the $450 i 'saved' to buy something else for the truck....any suggestions??

For everybody else considering Performancepeddler, I bought my Magnaflow 14" muffler from them for $60 and it arrived in less than a week - nice and quick.

I bought a magnaflow muffler and high flow cat for an Altima I own from perfomancepeddler. Great pricing and sometimes they'll give you a discount code to put in to get it cheaper. Just Ask!

Tell me more about the Cherry Bomb. DIDO? What's the configuration? Why them?

hey, it's SISO....just a universal muffler, i'm gonna slap in place of the stock one right behind the cats....i ended up going with cherry bomb cause i love the sound and it was only $50 shipped....i originally wanted to get the banks, but i'm not all that concerned about performance gains, so why would i spend $500+ when i can spend $50 instead and get great sound? that was my reasoning for the cherry bomb anyway...plus now i have $450 extra to put into other mods for the truck....

Are you basing the $500 off of the muffler or exhaust system price? I'm sure just a plain ol' Banks muffler would be <$100 and a Cherry Bomb complete system would be around $500

hes saying that its not worth the 500 dollars for the sound of the banks exhaust because he doesnt care about performance gains. hes just going to put the extreme in place of his stock

yeah...matthews, i was gonna buy the entire banks system, but then realized that i could get the same sound with just the cherry bomb muffler, the gains the banks was gonna give me wasn't worth me spending $500+ when i could get the same nice sound for $50 with the cherry bomb

Sounds like a plan... I'm partial to Magnaflow... Haven't installed exhaust on my truck yet but I'll more than likely go with Magnaflow.

ok mini update....exhaust finally arrived on friday...thought it was supposed to be here on tuesday...but i guess a couple extra days isn't too bad....gonna install it this friday....can't wait to have my truck sound like a truck....

what made you choose the extreme over the other cherry bomb models? is one louder than the others?

i had heard the extreme on a couple different titans, and it sounded really good....never heard any of the other cherry bombs on a titan, but i didn't really need to after i heard the extreme

I've heard them on Hemi's the Extreme sounds like a Flowmaster 40 and the Vortex series sound like 18"Magnaflow

Are those clips of the cat back exhaust or the muffler on stock pipes? Sounds freakin awesome either way I was goin to go with the Magnaflow but I love the way that sounds.
