Magnaflow makes great systems. The new 16780 will fit on all year Titans (trust me) and perform well without overwhelming sound. The best price I could find on the 16780 was $440 delivered. That was a few months ago, so if you can get it for under 440 delivered, that would be a great deal.

Re: magnaflow exhaust??

That worked great for me. I have a 24" x 3" M/F Muffler, fitted to original size pipes. A M/F Muffler alone, will out perform some Cat Backs. It is about the best bang for the buck.

Ran a dyno test, titan had 2* and Volant CAI. Just the muffler swap added 7hp to the truck.

Re: magnaflow exhaust??

I have the Magnaflow single side exit because I tow. I absolutely love this system, great tone, what I call no drone, and very easy to live with when the cruise is locked in at 72mph.

The general opinion around here seems to be, Magnaflow is one of the best options for bothe sound, quality, and not robing power, but creating more.

By all means, get it at cost!!!

Second!! There are occasions when it does drone, usually when the Titan downshifts to forth in order to maintain speed on a hill. The drone at freeway speeds is just the right volume for me, drowns out the whine from my MTs without overpowering the stereo and it's deceptively quiet around town, unless my right foot says otherwise. A very good setup with instant butt-dyno gains.

Re: magnaflow exhaust??

I have no drone at highway speeds. I will get some, ummm, resonance, around 1800 rpm's on inclines or under load, but I wouldn't call it drone...

My mufflers have been on for about 2 weeks and they have gotten a bit louder.
