Brake Pad Help

I am looking for a set of aftermaket pads that will work well with my slotted/cross drilled rotors (street use only). I have the factory spec rotors (12.6") so I am not looking for a caliper upgrade etc. I purchased a set of pads with these rotors when I got them 12 months ago and the pads do not perform well so I switched back to the factory set and the performance got better. I am being told that I need a set of pads that will perform at cooler temps because of the cooling effiencies of these rotors. Given that my factory pads are the most recent brake upgrade by Nissan I am assumming these pads are probably a hard compund to reduce the warping of the factory rotors.

I tried two sets of pads from the supplier and was not happy with iether as I had to step on the brakes a few times ot get them to brake well other wise they felt sluggish. Even with the stock pads I find that after I step on the brakes a few times my braking performance increases.

Any input on what options are out there is appreciated.
