Best budget performance that won't void warranty

Anybody have any ideas for a 17 year old kid with a 2006 xe crew cab, 2wd.?
So far i have cut the tube running to my air filter and stuck a cone filter on it (that showed some improvement) and about a year ago i backed into something and had to get my bumper fixed, well while it was in there they put "exhaust" on my truck. I dont know what it is or whether or not its a good brand or not.

2* advance find somebody on here to do on your truck who lives around you for about $20 cant beat that its a good mod. or you can go with a bullydog tuner for about $330 but you have to wait for it.

What about the ram air mod, there were a couple cool designs for that floating around.
