For the squeal, you might want to tighten the pulley connected to the jack shaft.
Uprev can tune the Stillen kit to a degree. I have three maps for my truck.
I wish it were the rear belt. My jack shaft is not 100% perpendicular to the front serpentine belt, and it causes a very slight misalignment where the belt rolls off the jackshaft pulley and onto the first SC idler pulley. Its worse in the winter, but even then it goes away after about 4 or 5 miles. If I am not mistaken, the only tuning you did with your Uprev was to remove some limitations put in by the ECU, like WOT, Top Speed, Rev Limiter. I considered Uprev as an option recently, but decided if I want to go balls to the wall fast, I will do it in my car. Not having the top speed/rev limiter removed did affect my ability to dyno to its maximum though, kept pegging it out in 3rd gear. I am satisfied though. I bet your truck would love the dyno now. Would be nice if Uprev and Stillen had some partnership going, and the need for the extra 8 injectors and piggyback were gone, but business is business, and hopefully all us enthusiasts benefit from the competetion in the long run.

Ryutan,
I think I'm with you. I like to put my foot in it, but it is the exception, not the rule. I will admit ignorance, what is a trutrac?
TruTrac is the only option I know of as an alternative to the open (or locker) differential in our rear axles (only from 04 to 07 I do believe). The carrier and spider gears in the axle is a known weak point, and the TruTrac limited slip differential is pretty bulletproof. Have not yet heard of anyone breaking it when in use on the Titan. It was not completely necessary, but I figured I would replace it before I broke the stocker in my 04. Kyle at Stillen didn't have one when they developed the SC kit (TruTrac was not available then), and drove his truck around for long time without it. If the truck is gonna be a keeper, and you already have a VKPro, I would recommend that you put some coin into the TruTrac first, as it is a far lesser cost, and you will have that benefit of limited slip now (Far less slip light, more predictable powerslides, rear brake pads last longer, etc). When you pony up for a SC or other power adder later, you will have piece of mind that your rear won't leave ya stranded.

I will send data logs to Uprev to see what they can do.
The first time was to make sure they could remove the speed limiter. We'll see what comes next.
