Aftermarket muffler ?

Which model of muffler does everyone think gets the best performance bang for their buck. I'm going to install a new muffler, but not a full exhaust system. Thanks for the help!

Re: Aftermarket muffler ?

I think the 18" Magnaflow is the general consensus.

Re: Aftermarket muffler ?

I was thinking of doing the same. I was told that my 2008.5 Titan has a pretty good exhaust and all that would be necessary is perhaps a new muffler. I was also recommended the Magnaflow. Is this right? the thing about the 2008.5 already having a pretty good exhaust and only having to replace the muffler.

Re: Aftermarket muffler ?

Mine has a 24"x3" (5"x8"Oval) SISO welded to fit, Magnaflow. My Exhaust guy mistakenly thought i had a 3" system when he took a quick look and ordered it. He welded an extra piece in eac end to make it all fit, looks fine.

Works GREAT!

Be different.
