2 weeks after my S/C install, whenever I would get on it the truck would just fall on it's face, unable to drive over 50 mph, rpms would not go above something like 1,500. Threw no codes. Finally was able to get it to repeat the problem with the mechanic in the truck and hooked up to the consult. The MAFS readings were all over the place!!! New sensor installed and ran great. Just throwing out ideas.

consult is the scanner that the dealerships use to check for codes and all the readings of the engine. I live in ocala and go to gainesville every now and then, i'd love to see that monster sometime. i'll actually be heading up that way in a few weeks to go to the raceway and try out my new hypertech. if you have the beast running good by then you should come along. even with that lift and 36's you should still be hauling some a$$ in the 1/4. wouldn't that be cool to see a HUGE titan slaying mustangs in the 1/4!!

The MAF would be a good idea to check. Find another one from a Titan buddy, swap them out, see if they work. I know that that was the problem with my initial turbo install, I had a bad MAF. 120 bucks at Autozone and I was good.
I don't want to say it, but there is also a danger of engine damage if too much coolant got into the engine. Just like water, the engine can not compress coolant and although it does not appear your engine was fully hydrolocked, if there is enough coolant in the system when you turned the engine over it could definitely have damaged internal parts.
As a side note, excessive oil can also cause hydrolocking, although this is more common on radial airplane engines due to the engine design and not common at all on automobiles.

Here's my truck and an angry little force-fed 4-banger:
i don't think we have internal damage yet. we have performed compression tests all were at 100% the one thing we did notice is coolant will shoot from radiator hot or cold. nissan says its normal, but we ran tests for that to for head gaskets by forcing air in from cylinders to radiator and pressure test on radiator it all checked out

that definitely sounds like a problem caused by the boost. i wonder if the engine/ecu is pulling enough timing to make it run right or if it's adding the right amount of fuel? i don't know much about the stillen chargers on the titans but i know a little about boost on import and mustang engines. and i know for those they sell the ignition boxes that pull what ever amount of timing you set them at for each lb. of boost. they also make the fuel computers that add extra fuel as the boost comes on too. does your mechanic have the ability to scan the engine while it's running and check the timing at all rpms and boost and the fuel pressure/quantity while you drive it and get into the boost???? if so i'll bet you could come on here and tell these titan gurus what the numbers are and they could tell you if they're right ot wrong. also do have a way to check the air/fuel ratio? that could also tell alot. but it definitely seems to have something to do with the boost coming on.

i am pretty sure the injectors are right only because the come plug and play. there set up on long fuel rails with a solid harness that can only be pluged in one place in one direction but i will def. ask to make sure

The have been installed backwards on three different trucks.
Also, make sure the wiring was shrink wrapped where applicable.
