You should be fine. DO NOT increase the boost. EVER.

Lack of fuel caused the pistons to give up the ghost.

Re: stillen supercharger

well if it is going to happen it will happen, if not then not, i can't keep driving around always thinking something will break, it will drive me crazy, we all know something will break sooner or later, i just hope it will be much later.
i really don't believe i am that hard on my truck anyway, but i guess you never know, i think that these trucks are not as strong as they could, or should be. we will see what happens
richard and jared told me that the titans have a bad radiator set up and i should consider an aluminium one from stillen ( yea i know ) i didn't see one on there site what does any one know about this, some thing about cracking mounts or something which leads to leaking, all because of the added power????

also just wondering i have had this leak from the shaft seal on the back of my transfer case for as long as i can remember, i replaced it once, and of course you can not just replace the seal you have to replace the whole back cover ( its a nissan after all ) but this did not fix the issue, you may ask; that because my truck is lifted that it is causing stress right there making it leak, but i have gone to great lengths to make sure the angle is dead on there is no stree there.

has anyone had this issue and if so what do you know about it.

What kind of reasurrment did Uprev give you on the longevity added to the setup now? You dont have to worry about the second injectors and tricking the ecu to get extra fuel. Your ECU now tells how much fuel and when, so as long as your have a good AFR from idle to redline you are good to go.

The radiator issue seems to be cause by them being made of plastic. There are guys that have had 3-4 replaced under warrenty. From what I've seen it is just normal for them to leak and be replaced. I dont recall it being an added power issue as they are going bad on stock trucks also. I have the original radiator in my 05 and its been s/c since 12/06. Of course now that i mention that, it will start to leak now.

Re: stillen supercharger

My 05 is completely stock and the radiator cracked at 78k. The stillen aluminum unit was not available at the time, so I installed a Koyo unit, which is better than the OEM Visteon radiator.

I have been trying to add all the mods necessary hoping nothing goes wrong. Got the long tubes, high flow cats with new exhaust, IPT tranny kit (but did not get the converter upgraded), PML pan, tranny cooler, Stillen valve body and Tru Trac. After the install, I plan on getting a tune with the UpRev MAF in a few months.

I need the extra power to tow my 31 foot travel trailer. Is there anything else I can do to increase the s/c reliability?
Please, sell the S/C and remove the V/B, Your life would be 15,000 times better!

I'm going to take my chances and move forward with my install soon. The valve body and torque converter were shipped to IPT today for modification.

I plan on getting a tune soon after. Richard from UpRev found a tuner up here in WA who can do the tune for me.

you know i never asked them, but i am sure its like anything else if you chose to do it its on you, what i do know is that it seems to run 1000 times better, smoother, better on fuel, everthing, and every little question i have had they have been right there to help, they have worked out a few codes for me within a matter of minutes, i have had no issues so far and it has been great to have the truck back running better than factory.
