Say....did you happen to inspect the exhaust ? I had a cat let go on the driver side and it made the truck run pretty funny until I put the longtubes and b-pipes on. I've heard the factory cats are problematic on some of the trucks...course if you already had the headers that's not really an issue. I HATE DIAL UP !! One day I'll join the 21 st century and be able to read all the posts in a timely fashion.
I had one of the brass fittings in the throttle body loosen up, you could spin it 360 degrees-a result of the supercharger being torn apart so many times.
Any word on the new ECU? It would help to get some datalogs showing exactly what your truck is doing when going into boost. I would say at this point in the game you should drop the $400 on Cipher, do your own datalogging, and post it here. There are a number of people on this site who know the Titan inside and out-they would be able to "decipher" your Cipher...

I wish I could say it just came to me.....I had to find it the hard way. Swapping to the Stillen LT's I peered down the driverside pipe and found the ceramic honeycomb have actually come loose, spun sideways, and jambed itself back into place so it didn't rattle a bit. Heck.....it didn't even trip a code.
Oh....I spoke with the Stillen dudes today....good news for anyone having bought the SC kit past Sept 07. All kits from that date forward have the much improved bar and plate style intercooler core. If you bought your kit prior to that date call Bell Intercoolers at 830-229-5330....the upgrade will run you about $450 labor and all......besides not leaking it'll drop intake charge temps considerably over the tube and fin style core.
yes we checked the cats both sets even, all was clear no problem there
You know....I wished you lived a little closer....I'd love to get that thing on my lift and give it the once over for myself. Florida isn't right around the corner from Michigan though......
IT JUST CAME TO ME !! Have you tried unplugging the piggyback boost timing control and plugging the factory harness back into the ECU ? Seems like if there was something wrong with the Stillen box that would solve part of the problem....even try LIGHTLY driving around to see what happens.....make sure to stay out of the boost though.
Heck at this point I'd even try checking the fuel pump relay....seen those go bad before and limit amperage to the pump.

i got print outs from the guy that is helping me at nissan but right now everything is flatlining "dead" the new ecu should be in today hopefully it will get installled and all will be well, we will see

six gun yes we did try that and there was no change what so ever, we also tried the relay no change it is like a bad dream at this point we think we have left no stone unturned. i am really wishing it is the ecu.

oh man! i almost forgot has anyone checked out the new nissan GT R it is nuts 480_hp 430 lb of torque 3.8 L twin turbocharged v6 they say it is one of the 2nd fastest supercars. capable of 0.2 second shifts between gears. top speed 193 mph yea hoo!!!! i had a v8 twin turbo lotus esprit it was close but not quite. if any one gets a chance yo should check it out. they have one hera in gville but they want $96,ooo for it the payments would kil.

Hey....when you trade your truck in for a GT-R could you post the payload capacity and tow capacity....I haven't been able to find any of that information on the Nissan website.....if it'll tow my Bobcat I'm in !
