Uprev already has one for us. i thinks Jarod said like $212.
By itself it wont make a difference but if you can tune for it then the power will come. Jarod said our stock one is unstable over so many hp, and that the F/I guys and n20 guys could benifit from the better maf. In cipher you can also tune for any size intake tube. If you want a 5" tube you can tell it what you have so it will read corectly. The stock maf is calibrated to only read the stock size. thats why some of us that had the S&B threw codes due to a larger maf reading area.
Jet has been building these for a while though, so im sure its a good product. Next on the list would have to be Granatelli for a maf sens

EDIT. Just noticed this is only $139. thats pretty cheap. When i used to buy them they where like $350

You can get this at:
Performance Parts
or
Power And Play

BTW, I have a 2007 4WD King Cab Titan.
You may have noticed a touchier pedal also. this happens a lot whenever you disconect the maf ot the TB mostly and it takes a while for the throttle valve to recalibrate. I notice mine gets touchy right after i put the stock or pgm TB on. Good news is it wont hurt anything, and if you tune later you can get more power

When we installed, we disconnected the battery, which they told me reset the computer. I have not noticed a "touchier" pedal... but a smoother, more responsive pedal.

Re: Jet 69138 Powr-Flo Mass Air Sensor

I have an email inquiry into Henson Performance right now for this mod. He was one of the first to test the MAF's with/for Uprev. As soon as I hear back from him I will give the word.

Re: Jet 69138 Powr-Flo Mass Air Sensor

Question on another site concerning does this work with our Transmission:

YES!

The website only offered 1 Transmission option, so it is simply a redundent or moot question. This part is made specifically for the VK56, wether in a Titan or Armada or QX56. it won't increase flow 45%, as it is just a sensor, not a whole body like some may be.

Recall if you might, the numerous ads for Granatelli MAFs that are larger bored than some OEM. The info many are posting is rather generic, hence the "up to...." statements.

I don't know what you all do for relaxation, but I like looking through and studying catalogs from JEGS, and SUMMIT RACING (my usual sources for performance parts, safety gear...). Go on their websites and you may find more info on a variety of subjects, or even find good links to manufacturers sites too.

BTW, I purchased mine from Autoanything. I buy a lot of stuff from them too, and they said on the site, that it would ship by 11/12. I simply found it there when I was googling around to find more info, and trust them 95% to do what they said.

I doubt that to be the case. Jet didn't do well in programming the Titan a few years ago, but they are trully a well established performance company with an excellent reputation in the Hot Rod/Racing market. They are giving renewed atttention to us now, hence the MAS, and new "JET V-Force Plus Performance Module" (looks like a handheld programmer to me). We do know about that new Module, right??? Reads data, so I assume it is working throught the OBD port.

Most improvement will come from (this, a somewhat uneducated guess) fine tuning the aerodynamic shape of the sensor, and maybe a different wire thickness, and electrical resistance characteristics. All of these could change the voltage output curve provided to the ECU.

My knowledge of MAF/MAS is limited. Just wanted to share some thoughts. I was not expecting this item from Jet, but had been hoping for Granatelli to provide one.

Check here for the Old ECU Upgrade, the New Handheld Programmer and the MAS we have been drooling over for the past 24 hours.

I am not so sure about these 'expected power gains'

We already have a High-flow Maf like the Granatelli. This kind of Maf will help much more in vehicles that have a full screen Maf. (Like my '97 Maxima and my old '98 Chevy)

I was going to put a Granatelli in my Chevy but it wasn't compatable with my Hypertech tuning.

Would still like to see the results though.

Just my .02

Re: Jet 69138 Powr-Flo Mass Air Sensor

I definitely have easier starts and better throttle control. I know, this really doesn't tell you anything, but I am pleased.

This product is so new, that it will probably have to be drop shipped from Jet no matter where you order it from.

Re: Jet 69138 Powr-Flo Mass Air Sensor

This was the initial reply from my tuner. He mentions a larger housing, but the Jet is an OEM housing I believe. I don't know how beneficial this will be for NA'd guys.

As far as the maf for your truck can you send me a link so I can look at it. Upon initial thoughts, unless it is in a larger housing I would think it is snake oil. The stock electronics are hard to beat and the main reason to upgrade electronics would be a hitting the limit of the curve in the meter itself. The most common way would be supercharging, turbos or... massive addition of airflow.
