I have an appointment on Wed. morning & no he hasn't said anything about it, i mentioned to him my #'s , but he said they don't relate to track time's. I guess i need to send in some more data log's or something?
I'm going to ask Brad about coming back for a dyno tune sometime too.

Yeah I think something may have been off on that 10.4 AFR run. The other 2 were in the 12's so we'll see. I can't imagine it being that far off. BTW Paul was freaking out when we were behind you watching the right tire wobble like that... I told him you knew about it and planned on getting it fixed. But it was funny hearing him yell, "GARY, CALL CHRIS, CALL CHRIS HIS BACK WHEEL!!!" lol
Yeah, i know. He was telling me how bad it looked! It's SO frustrating!!! Why wasn't that fixxed under my insurance when i got in that accident a few monthes back. The whole time it sat @ the bodyshop, no one checked it out? The owner of the shop told me it was the rim that was bent & i took his word for it. It wasn't until i recently bought those LE rim's/tire's, only to find out it wasn't the rim at all! I think it has to be the axle that's bent...I don't know, but i'm P.O.ed. Now i have to contact my crappy insurance company, that alway's gives me a hard time & try & get them to pay for it. It never sould have been returned to me un- finished, w/ damage obviously still on the vehicle. Paul made a very good point last night, it's un-safe to be driving around like that. The rim could fly right off. What a p.i.t.a. & the no reverse thing. i'm still under warranty.

No worries man. Yes, follow up with your insurance company. I'm sure the owner of the body shop you've been working with will back you up. You've given him quite a bit of business, so it's in his best interest. Start by checking your warranty paper work from the body shop. There should be some kind of guarantee on the work they did. It's obviously not fixed right and your correct, it's something the adjuster and body shop should have noticed/repaired the first time. Approach it from a safety concern which is VERY REAL and if not taken care of, could leave the body shop and insurance company open to litigation and further legal action.
As far as having the tranny fixed, it should be a non-issue. When we installed Steve's headers I don't remember having to touch any kind of tranny linkage, etc. Plus it's not part of the drive train, so it can't be proven it was directly related to the reverse issue. Besides, you've had those headers on for a while and the transmission just started acting up in the last couple of months, right? Don't sweat it man. I had a great day. Meeting Brad, John, Chris, etc. I really liked what they had there. Their dyno for one and everything else they had. Turbo Titan looks sweet, but would look a whole lot better when its complete. ahem. LOL
