first off i was thinking my exhaust was loud but after chief said his spintech was louder it got me to thinking!
1)If i wanted to run true dual super pro spintech mufflers out the ass, what would be the optimum pipe sizing with headers to acheieve the best performance and sound possible?
high flow cats? X pipe? pipe sizing?
2)would the performance be anywhere close to that of nismo of jba?
Piping I would say that you would want to go 2.25. As far as the numbers it will put out most will probably say not as much but no one has done a before and after dyno yet so cant really tell you

I believe so that way you keep you low end. I know that there are lots of guys out there running headers with 2.25 piping. Dont go any bigger than 2.5 though thats what they all say. I think the NISMO has 2.25 piping as well

ive read about turn downs what exactly is the? the thing right after the muffler where the exhaust ends?
and what was your HP and torque pre spintech?
turndowns are the short pipes coming out of the muffler that dump the exhaust gases down at the ground. As for output pre-spintech I am unsure. All I know is the butt dyno likes the topend a lot more! It pulls so much harder from 4,500 rpm than with the y-pipe.
