Here is the dyno we did with the Stillen kit, the boost stays steady, just like a turbo, except I am not robbing any power with the turbo.
The Stillen had aux injectors, which is not the best way to add fuel. We are going to change out the injectors and remap for 2 bar. I should have the kits up this week on the site.

Someone point me to an admin as I would like to become a supporting vendor.
Yeah, Stillen's injector set up isn't the best as you have seen. I also heard it's better to rip out that p-back set up, flash with UpRev, and add a walbro fuel pump too.

I'm not sure if your company does this, but have you ever thought of having a trans upgrade as an option as opposed to IPT, Level 10, Transgo?

Re: Turbo kit

Isn't COBB the company that was going to get into tuning Titan, but backed out of buying somebody?

Re: Turbo kit

bestatchess is a mod who can probably help you with becoming an administrator....Hey man, i have been wanting to get a Transgo shift kit, but I would need it installed. Can you guys do this and how much would you charge? Any way you guys could use your resourses and find any upgraded silenoids for my tranny to install with the shift kit? The transgo shift kit is about $260 and the IPT VB mod which already has upgraded solenoids is about $800...So I am seeing is I can get the Transgo kit and upgraded solenoids for cheaper then the IPT VB....I might (probably will) come to you guys to tune me once I get my 90MM TB and probably again with Nitrous...I'm glad you guys are back around

Re: Turbo kit

If you supply the Transgo and fluids, I'll get it done for 1 hour labor. I have always have good results with the Transgo kits. Not sure on the solenoids, but I can tell you, when we do the turbo kit, you will need higher line pressure to keep the tranny from burning up.

Re: Turbo kit

I did go over the turbo install info by relentless. They had a broken ring land. Once back together, they set it up for 9 psi, and even though I did not see the sheets, claimed 516rw.
Didn't you say you guys ran against it at the track?

I'll definitely have Ross send me some pistons for bigger builds, but for now 5-6 psi and a perfect tune will keep the stock pistons safe.

Re: Turbo kit

Yeah they were running (once they launched a little better) the same as me an Pinoytitan, but I believe they trapped about 8-10 MPH higher than me at one point LOL

Re: Turbo kit

Their trap speed was there, i believe they even had a run or 2 in the low 100's...Like 102 or 103....That day was a 2300 DA and a 10 MPH headwind too

after i launch i pulled up to them very quickly... after that, no one pulled... we stayed neck to neck all the way down... they didn't have a posi rear end so it factored in as well... but they should have got me after.

Re: Turbo kit

You guys need to find me a used Titan below $10,000. I found 3 in the US, one for 8900 in Ga, but the lower the better.
Those guys where making 480-518hp and only trapping 98? My Ram back on motor would trap 103-105. That was before the turbo.
Guys, find me a truck...
