Hey fellas (Brian, Pinoy), sorry I have been gone for a while. I have a customer wanting me to install one of our rear mount turbo kits on a Titan. I can do this, but I need a few answers from you guys.
Max boost level on a stock botton end? 8PSI?
Unichip or Split Second controller my only tuning option?
Mass Air flow or MAP?
Does Uprev do turbo tuning? I don't know anything about putting a turbo on a Titan, sorry. Uprev might be able to custom tuning

Hey man, i remember you from the track. Was wondring where you went. You may want to talk to toomnymods about the turbo, he is currently doing one on his truck...Man, I can't believe there might be another turbo Titan running around here. I'll have to start listening LOL....You can use Uprev custom tuning for the turbo..Uprev.com...There is one Turbo titan in the Tampa area built by Relentless Nismo, I think they blew the motor on 9 PSI if I'm not mistaken. i would say 5 or 6 on a stock truck. If that uy has an 04-07 Titan, then he is really going to need a Detroit TruTrac LSD put in for his differential..I think the Relentles truck is putting down mid 400's for HP and is still running good, but he ran the same times as me an Pinoytitan. He couldn't really launch without a TruTrac
wow, you have been gone for a while... I joined some of the dodge site asking where you went. Heard you were really busy with lots of dodge projects. But, anyways. hope you can get that turbo on the titan. I wana see a turbo T beat me without a huge head start.

Sound's Awesome!
Up/Rev would be your best bet for tuning. Keep us posted!

They found out that it was running more than 9psi. when the motor went. I think the boost gauge they were using was reading low, if i remember correctly.

Well, a 6 psi spring should be very safe, and I am going to speculate that it will see 400rw easily. We have opened up to installing mods on the Titans and Tundras now. The turbo kit tuned with labor and dyno is $4999 complete. If you buy the turbo tuner kit, which is no piping (your exhaust shop runs it for about $300) the kit is on sale for $2499. http://axztm.huwab.servertrust.com/default.asp
Our new site is changing over the weekend, but here is the temp pointer to it.
I am pretty sure my dyno operator has UpRev, feel free to give me a call 321-267-9650
I still have the intake manifold you guys sent me also. Later!
Great stuff!!! Ya, i was wondering where my intake manifold(plenum) went to. LOL

We moved to Titusville, next to Knight's Armament, Titusville PD and the National Guard depot in a new 4000sf building. It has been a busy 10 years.
Here is a rear mount picture from the shop...
I would say 6 PSI is safe, and could probably bump it up to 8 PSI. UpRev is the way to go, and if you peg out the MAF, they have an upgraded one you can purchase also. Keep us updated!! Good luck.

That is the best part about a turbo setup, you can easily change the boost from 3-8 psi. I run a 5 psi spring in my Ram and a manual controller under my seat that will turn it up to 10psi on the fly....
Well, I found out we have Cobb Tuning software, but have to call them Monday to see if we can read a truck and send it to them. Otherwise, we'll buy UpRev for the dyno. Either way, it's a done deal guys.
Here is the dyno we did with the Stillen kit, the boost stays steady, just like a turbo, except I am not robbing any power with the turbo.
The Stillen had aux injectors, which is not the best way to add fuel. We are going to change out the injectors and remap for 2 bar. I should have the kits up this week on the site.
Someone point me to an admin as I would like to become a supporting vendor.
