Got Dirtied

I had my tail lights and cab light blacked out by fellow Titan Talk member "DIRTY". I'm loving the new look. His work is superb. I highly recommend his services if you are thinking about this mod. He also painted my friends Subaru WRX STI's tails, I'll post those pics later. Tell me what you think.

Now your titan is gonna end up like mine.
I liked the chrome, once i blacked out the lights and debagged it..
it was done for.
Now im working on getting rid of all my chrome.

Wow, fantastic fit and finish. My only concern is that they are REALLY dark. I feel like it'd be hard to see your brake lights on a bright sunny day. Not trying to be a downer, I just don't want a nice looking truck like that getting rear ended by a girl putting on mascara in the Range Rover Sport that Daddy bought her (happened to a friend of mine lol).

They can be dark, but that is why I didn't have anything done to my 3rd brake light. I watched people constantly and they all brake normally, even in the rain. My biggest peeve with mine is that although you can see the reverse lights, you can't see sh!t when you actually are reversing.

On a side note, if anyone is in DFW and is interested in these style tails and would want to possibly swap and some $, shoot me PM. (Not big enough of issue for me to put in Buy/Sell)

Peyton_Titan has my tinted tails and he hasn't had any problems yet... only me.

Not yet for me either, but if it's daylight, I may turn on my parking just to get some light showing...dunno...worth the shot I guess.

i haven't heard of anyone else getting pulled over... there are tons of people with tinted tails here... some were pitch black and couldn't even see during the day... ohwell. cops love me... just got pulled over a few weeks back for my tinted windows. lol gay

i got pulled over a couple weeks ago, and mine arent even that dark...now just waiting for the ticket to come in the mail to get that bad boy signed off

well paul it happened. last wednesday i got pulled over but it was for doing 82 in a 65. he only gave me warnings and one was for the tails lol.

82 in a 65... well, someone needs to release that racing bug!!! Most likely im headed out this wednesday if its not raining or extremely hot!!!
