PRG kit, toolbox, and bike fork mount

Alright, I finally got around to putting some pictures up. I've had the toolbox since October and the PRG kit on since Christmas. I'm very pleased with both. I also took a Yakima bike fork mount and modded it to slide into the utilitrack. Check my album in the photo gallery for more picts and larger ones: Link

Looking good. Question on the bike fork mounts. Can you describe what hardware you used to get them in the utilitrack. I need a way to haul bikes. What do you ride? Mtn or road?

Is that a urethane spacer between your PRG spacer and the top plate of the coil? Seems like that would leave too much flex in the mounting hardware and could lead to failure. I posed the same question to Nitrous Enterprises, btu never rec'd a response.

Thoughts, facts, opinions appreciated!

I took the two Utili-track "locks" and removed the bolts from them. The last few threads are rounded to keep you from backing it all the way out, so I locked it in a vice and rotated them out. I then got some bolts from Lowes that were the correct length/thread count/diameter and used some lock and flat washers to secure the bike mount to the utilitrack locks. Then simply slide it on the track and tighten it down. You could do something similiar just by using a square washer that is the right size for the track. A round flat washer would work as well, but it would be more difficult to tighten.

I ride mountain, well at least I used to. It's pretty flat in LA*.

Yes, it's the small spacer from my Skyjacker "Daystar" kit. I got the 2" PRG kit then used that rubber spacer to add some additional height. I talked it over with Greg and he didn't see a problem with it. In hindsight I'd probably install it between the shock mount and PRG spacer, but it shouldn't cause any problems. In either setup there is still going to be a piece of rubber being compressed by bolts between two pieces of metal. Same applies for the normal Daystar install.

Couldn't tell you the exact brand, as it was rebadged by the truck shop I bought it from, then debadge by me. They told me they bought from UWS, and it had the same model number that UWS advertises.

Did you have to align the truck again after adding the leveling kit?

The leveling kit is from PRG. http://www.titanspecialist.com

The truck is nearly level, sorry I don't have measurments. I've added the PRG 1" rear blocks as well.
