just a few pic of my audio/video mods.

I wanted to thank everybody on TitanTalk for the great information they have provided thru there posts and pics. This is my first post and wanted to show the interested folks some of my pics and hopefully help someone else along the way. The head unit is a Pioneer AVIC-N1 navigation/dvd player, Boston aucustics speakers up front and two kicker 10" woofers in the rear along with the 1200w amp and 7' monitor i put in the same location as Nissan does. Under the passenger seat you will the AVIC accessories including the XM tuner. The box is from a local shop here in so cal.

The monitor doesn't appear to fit very well in the flip down compartment.

Everything sounds great. Thanks.. Little to loud for the lady but it helps me tune her out..JK.. For the rear drop down monitor I wanted to keep the appearance of it being stock. Didnt really want a larger monitor. The fit is pretty good. Cut the dropdown case a little to access the monitors power/input and volume controls. As you can see it was difficult to center because of the wiring out of the monitor but no major problems. Still goes up and down without any hitches.

Looks nice. Do you plan to install a backup camera like some others have done?

As far a backup camera.. Really undecided. Would be nice considering the tint on my rear and side windows is very dark making it slow backing up at night. Probably in the near future though. My dash was kind of tricky. I had yet to receive the bezel so I cut it myself and then put the two knobs and station select buttons back in just for looks. Everybody seems to like it minus still trying to turn the volume down using the stock knob not the new one every so often.

How do you like that unit? I was planning on getting the exact same one. Hard installation? Thanks!

The installation was not as simple as a normal radio. Had to do some trimming and the unit has a extra function that allows you to see your speed, acceleration and a few other things. Luckily a buddy of mine is a pro and helped me when it came to that. Just take your time if your not an expert like me and you should be to complete with no hassel.

WoW, looks like a home job...

You get what you pay for...

Sorry, but I'm going to call rice. You really messed up that dash bezel, the rear monitor looks like it could fall out, the box fires up? I thought studies showed that downward firing boxes produced the most bass in trucks?

I hope you didnt pay someone to do that install...

But if you like it, rock on. I dont think I could stand looking at that dash every day...

YIKES, you'll never see me posting/bragging about a job like that...

Maybe I'm being too harsh, but I use to work at a stereo shop, we didnt do work like that...
