Where do you people get your avatar pics. Every pic I try gets the file is too large error! I've uploaded the image I want in my avatar in my photo gallery.

You have to size it to either 100x100 pixels or below 30-something k, whichever is smaller. If you want to attach it in a PM to me, I'll resize it and send it back.

I tried to sent it to you. I have it in my member gallery called Lola running if that helps. Hope it went through. How do you resize images for future references?

Glad to see the avatar worked!
Sent you a PM, but all I had to do was crop the poochie out in Photoshop, then resize the image. I'm pretty sure there are free or very cheap programs that will do this same thing.

I'd be happy to resize pics for avatars for anyone that doesn't have the software or doesn't want to bother. Just send them to me in a PM.

If you want a full-fledged free photoshop type program, try out The Gimp. It is available for Windows and Linux. Here is a link to the files for Windows: http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html Download the GTK+ 2 and GIMP files and install the GTK+ 2 file first. Then install the GIMP and happy photo editing.
