New Spider Grill Done, Finally!!!!!

I've done it again. I've made a new spider grill. Let me know what you guys think. I'm making a new right now.
I'm getting the letters for my engine cover recut with the laser this time. They will be a little thinner. I'm getting a bunch grills laser cut too. Install my new stainless steel bugdeflector and back chrome tailgate piece. I will post some pics when done.
Later all, dunder dan.

I'm impressed. What are the colored ones down below? Would that be the various layers set up in Autocad that the programming software requires to cut the pattern.

Can't wait to see one for real. I think you are doing good things for our grills!

How's the deepwater color match going?

Spider grill

The bottom set is just the outline of the grill. The top set is a solid piece to give you an idea of what it might look like. The powder coat I tried didn't go well. I think I have to mix the colors a little to get it right. I'm wondering if a forest green would come close to matching.
Later all, dunder dan

Do you have any of your grills painted? That might be easier for you to colormatch.

I've finally finished the spider-web grill print and will be trying to get it laser cut sometime. I'll post some pics when it's done.
Later all, dunder dan.

Do the spider grilles utilize the egg crate from factory or can it be cut out? I have to say that the spider grilles you are showing are the first ones that I have seen that I like. Can't wait to see them on the TITAN. Keep up the good work. Plus.....how much are you looking to get for the 4-piece spider grille set?
