You need to get a trailer. They cost about $500 for a single. Only way to do it right. Get it on the trailer the same way you got it in the bed. Looks like you got an XP or RXP. Where are you located?

Here's some trailers:

BTW, here's a pic of doing it wrong: Don't launch like this dumb Egyptian.

I have a better one, you dont need to slam on the brakes, just back up until the waverunner starts floating... then

Here's a solution
http://www.xtra-lift.com/

Actually there are track/rail system for PWC in truck bed. It has a fold down ramp to launch/retrieve pwc, has rollers to help and an optional winch. Just have to search for it, I remember seeing it when I had my Jetski.

Hmmm,
$5000 lift or $500 trailer.

Well I just got back from Lake George I live in Jersey and things went very smoothly. I acutally already have a trailer but it wasn't registered and didn't have time to do it so I decided to plop it in the bed. Me and two buddies that went up with me picked it up and put it on this little rubbermaid cart I had brought to launch it. Then we just floated the waverunner back onto the cart and wheeled it to level ground and picked it up and threw it back on the bed when we were done. I did put down and extra mat just to be safe not to scratch me spray in bed liner, which btw is bubbling in spots. The titan didn't even know the thing was int he bed, it was a joke for the truck. I put about 600 miles on it which brought me to 1100 I just got the titan and am in love with it. I do have an xp with a couple of mods already I don't use it enough to get any more mods but almost bought a new one while there cause mine had some difficulties. Anyone know who can do fiberglass work in Jersey???
