New Chevy

Side by Side with the wifeys Titan. Guys I gotta admit - I loved my Titan. But the Z71 is way comfy! Overall is are my first impressions.

The Titan steering wheel is nicer as the radio controls and speedo are in closer reach.
The plush interior of the Chevy blows away the Nissan cheap seats.
Overall the meaty GY on the Titan beat out the Bridestone Duelers of the Chevy.
The shape of the Chevy is tougher. Hence why the wifey now drives the Titan!

Hope you like the pic! Isnt that sky gorgeous - and people think it rains in Oregon!

Did they do something special for yours that makes the interior better than the titans? When I was looking all gm had was the same interior they had been using for the past 14 yrs, you know the one with the handle over the glovebox and big huge knobs that insult all americans.

Not a flame if you take it as that, but I had a very very bad experience looking at GM/Chevys due to the interior and dont know if they changed something recently.

I think of the avalache every time I see a chevy truck and that just turns my stomach . Interior wise I like the seats of the chevy and they are getting better with more touches and ideals but still think the interior looks very dated .

Yeah I have two speeding tickets this summer already. Be careful out there brothers! Our fast rigs are on the radar of the hiding police. Keep it in cruise control!

Well it is different. I got the seating for 5 arrangement where my Titan has seating for 6. The center console in the front in lieu of a 6th passenger has alot of storage. That is the sacrafice for only being able to add 4 passengers. I am not impressed with the cruise control on the Z71 versus the Titan. The Titan controls on the steering wheel are the best! It makes it really easy to control the Titan while keeping your hands on the wheel. The Z71 does have dual climate control - thats cool cause the wife is always operating at a different temp than me. We all know how that goes!

That is funny!

I do think the Titan is a tough design. Hence my login Titan Tough! The F-150 looks plain dumb. A miniture super-duty? Has anyone noticed how small the windows are to the front doors. Does it seem like they make the truck smaller and smaller? The softened edges of the Dodge leave me wishing they had not blown it up. It looks like a bodybuilder who is bulking up. Now the bed of the Dodge is copying the Titan. The harder lines of the old body style really sold me back then. So yeah the Titan and Chevy have the most stylish and original design.

With a warranty on both rigs --- this might just be possible!

Here is the online virtual tour that gives you a 360 degree view of the interior.

DITTO! I am lucky to have both a Z71 and a Titan in my driveway. Maybe next year I will add a Dodge. HAHAHA - one for each day.

I don't know where that's coming from, I traded a Z-71 with leather captains for the Titan LE with captains, the Titan seats are softer and much bigger than the Chevys has, and are much more comfortable to me on long trips, no more back pain. I rode in my brothers Avalance just Friday and it reassures me that the right choice was made. But differnt people perfer differnt things.
