well last night i was chillin with my friends and came across this pic that was in one of their phones. it is a pic of my truck last winter stuck at folsom lake in cal(the pic was shot after we had dug). the water was really low and i tried to go across a creek of mud but my truck sank before i new it. had my buddy with a lifted f150 try to pull me out, it did not work then out came the shovels for an hour. finally he got me out. here another little twist...when i was stuck some old lady thought she'd show me up and tried to cross it with her cherokee and she ended up like me, after i got out we just left her thier w/o helping her because before she got stuck she was talkin $hit. we got the last laugh!

Cold man, be nice to the old people, someday you will be one of them.. LOL
we felt like it was ok since she said her husband was a park ranger and he'd come and get her shortly. oh and maybe the "old lady" was around 40. we wouldnt leave someone out in the middle of nowhere w/o help, that is just a little messed up.lol
I knew that the red, white, blue, black and puke green trucks got stuck relativly easy....but that's the first silver truck that I've ever heard of even coming close to gettin' stuck.....must have been driver error.

Definitely driver error, not enough speed, silver is lighter and floats over those little creeks, lol... or the obvious hint of the lack of tracks at this crossing point could've been a huge clue... nicely done, looking forward to getting mine bogged in as well in the future... the part that sucks isn't getting it out, it's the fricken cleanup afterwards...

yeah, and rinsing the mudd out of the radiator/trans cooler is fun, let alone the rest of the truck... word to the wise, don't do it in cow poo mudd you WILL regret it, PS I didn't get stuck and I'm canteen green. driver error owns all. I still had the stock rubber too...
